George Dyer is a New Zealand rugby union player who plays for Waikato in the National Provincial Championship. His playing position is prop. Dyer joined the Gallagher Chiefs as an injury replacement in 2022 and became a regular starter at tighthead prop for the side. He scored his first try in the Gallagher Chiefs jersey in Dunedin against the Highlanders during round 11 of the DHL Super Rugby Pacific. Dyer was later called into the All Blacks XV squad for the Lipovitan-D Championship Cup in Japan.
